Shipping policy
*Important- Please make sure all addresses are correct. We can not refund for wrong address on your part. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, then shipping will have to be paid again to have the package delivered to the correct address.
Packages are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times are dependent on order type and load but generally ship within 1-3 days after purchase. Customs ship within 1-14 days.
*Crystals*- due to the delicate nature of crystals and minerals, If you elect NOT to upgrade to the priority shipping option or to include insurance on your package, Stellar Fae Creations will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. These items will not be replaced or refunded.
*International Buyers:
We are not liable for customs charges or tax levied in another country. The buyer should be aware of the limits set by customs in their own country & should decide for themselves if they want to pay the duty on anything over those set limits. Please do not ask us to mark the item as a gift or to list the value for less than the purchase price as this is not legal.
We are not responsible for lost packages, but we do everything we can from our side to help you locate your lost package. While most international packages arrive within 10-15 business days it can take up to 8 weeks for deliveries in some countries. Be aware that any international customs office can detain a package for up to 30 days.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Locating Your Package While In Transit-
After purchasing always check your address to ensure it is correct and contact us immediately if there is an error. Once an item is shipped you will receive a tracking number to locate your package while in transit. Once an item has been shipped we no longer have control over the package.
Once shipped orders can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks.
If it has been over 10 business days and you still have not received your order, contact the carrier with your tracking number. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to retrieve the package.
In some cases, packages left out in the open are unsafe. If a package is marked "delivered" USPS can assist you with GPS. We are not liable for stolen packages or if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
